Initial reported issues: Parkade leaks throughout, concrete failed, ramp failed.
Scope Of Work:
- Chisel and crack chasing all leaks in all levels of the parkade, Kryton repair.
- Kryton T1 & T2 application on all foundation walls.
- Excavate front property to install French drain, re-slope terrain for optimum natural drainage. Dual line to feed dry-well and carry to NE corner of the property.
- Replacement of existing eavestroughs and downspouts.
- Remove and replace parkade access ramp, membrane replacement.
- Restoration of existing Allan block walls, complete landscaping and irrigation install.
- Sealing of walkway joints at exterior interfaces.
- Repair of cracks in the concrete foundation wall.
- Concrete surface patching in the parkade.
- Installation of new traffic coating in the parkade.
